I’m super excited to FINALLY be launching my new website, which has been almost a year in the making.
Some of you will have come across my last site, FitnessFondue, and I hope you find this one just as helpful, informative and exciting to visit (if not more so!).
This website will have weekly articles written from me to you on all things training, nutrition and my own personal physique updates and blogs.
I’ll also be uploading monthly physique plans and videos for you guys (everything from workouts to recipes and more lengthy downloads), so if you get stuck with your own diet and / or training, there will always be something on here to help you out.
You have the option to purchase bits and bobs as and when you fancy, or you can subscribe at a monthly discount and get immediate access to everything as and when it’s uploaded (COMING SOON – more info on this can be found on the Subscription Page).
I wanted to give you guys the option to choose, as I know pay as you go options and subscription options appeal to different people, for different reasons.
There will be much, MUCH more to come, this is just the beginning!
